A native French speaker fluent in English, I bring a deep appreciation and understanding of both languages and cultures to every project. With many years of experience in translation and customer service, I have honed my ability to deliver accurate, context-sensitive translations and superior customer support. Whether translating documents, localizing websites or assisting customers, my aim is always to provide a reliable, high-quality service that meets the needs of every customer.

 

My career path

After graduating in Bachelor in Computer Applications, I started by writing programming scripts and developing applications.

During the COVID period, I discovered my passion for translation and customer support by helping a friend with a project for a mobile games company. This experience opened up a new career path for me, and since then I've been focusing on linguistic communication and customer service.

 

What motivates me?

I'm passionate about bridging the gaps between people through language, and ensuring that every message - written or spoken - resonates with its audience.

 

In my free time, I enjoy exploring new knowledge, immersing myself in video games, and diving back into learning something new. Curiosity drives me forward, and I’m always looking for ways to grow and improve.
